My attempt at sewing.
We lost our beautiful Nana this Aug. Poppop was cleaning out her things and the idea of making a quilt out of her things came up. We picked out her favorites and this is what I sewed together. We gave it to Poppop for Christmas and he liked it. It brought out a lot of emotions from the daughters and grand daughters. It's not perfectly made but perfect in its own way.
Merry Christmas to all
I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. I hope you all spent time with people you love and that love you. I wish the good cheer would last all year. My wish is to keep the creative juices flowing and find inspiration all year long in 2014.

Christmas gifts
This idea came to me a when I was at the local Dollar Tree. I got the mini coke glasses the flowers, the silver star garland and pipe cleaner at The Dollar Tree. I almost always have some kind of chocolate around the house, so filling the glass was easy.

Camille invites and thank yous.
These were long over due. My son had a surprise birthday in Sept and I finally made his thank you notes using a picture of his birthday group. I received a thank you like this years ago and loved the idea. I continue the tradition for my kids.
Camille wanted the ever popular mustache for her party theme. I came up with this idea and used my washi tape too. Of course I had to have some bling too.

Birthday cards
I needed two birthday cards this weekend. I have run out my supply of feminine cards so I went to work. I am loving the color blue and have used it a lot in my holiday decorating.
I used some sparkly garland and twisted it around a chop stick . I hot glued it to card added sequins and a tiny butterfly.
It took 5 layers to get this look. The bottom picture is the inside of the card. I just continued the candle theme inside.

November Stamp Club/ birthday cards
Well this post is a lot too late. I should have posted this in November. My birthday is in October and my lovely crafty friends gave me these beautiful cards.
This card and envelope was the make and take Terri prepared for us. We used the new Stampin Up envelope maker. I loved it so much I ordered one and love the ability to make whatever size or quantity I want.
This is the make and take from Kim.
We had a free for all and we could make whatever kind of card we wanted.

Fall wreath 2013
I dug out my fall decoration supplies and dressed up my front door wreath. I took two pictures because if you look closely in the second one you can see my little helper Pepper.
