I added the chain and a lace bow

What fun necklace to make.

I have been busy- envelope minis

These are my prototypes I made before I taught my workshop for stamp club. I call this French country

this is the inside, it is full of pockets and tags.

I varied the papers and the color as I went through the album.

This is the Stampin Up! version of the envelope minis.

the final result and what I taught last friday.

I made this one to see how everything came together.
I left one page blank to show what they are made of. I used office size envelopes.
I left this one plain and I can go back later to embellish
the actual assembling of the envelopes is pretty easy. I found many tutorials on You Tube.

March Card Swap stamp club

Well Stamp Club was last night and it was  my turn to host. We decided to make cards for get well or sympathy.  These are the lovely cards we made.

Kris made this one I love all the layers.

this is  Michele's get well card

Kim used the Stampin Up! owl punch to make these tulips.

Terri our lead stamper made this elegant card, we all just loved how sweet and perfect  it was.

this is the paper from the Celebration catalog from Stampin Up!  You will see a lot of this paper  used.

This is Jene contribution,  I like how she layered her papers and then embossed.

this one is Cindy's, I just love her style, so clean and precise.

I did this one, I got the idea from Pinterest.

This is Cindy's makeup card from last month it is a gift card holder. I love it. My daughter claimed this along with several  of the other cards.

Terri had this for our make and take. I loved embossing this one. We used heavy weight foil. It just came out so beautiful. I need a Big Shot! I still need to take pictures of the envelope minis I taught.  I hope to get that done this weekend. Sweet Dreams.

Mini Hawaiian photo album

Here she is, I created this mini to go along with the card I completed last week.  We are putting together a gift basket and this is my contribution.

It has 20 pages the a 4 by 6 photo uncropped will fit.

I was very minimalist with the embellishments so there is plenty of room for pictures.

It has a reinforced paper binding.

I punched out several flowers.

I used stickers as well.

I had a request for a card that we could all sign to our boss who is heading to Hawaii in a week. I was thrilled to get the chance to make something new. I did a lot of rubber stamping and cutting out for this one.  I mixed up a few sets from old Close to my Heart stamps. I love that my stamps seem never to expire. I have a ton and can't seem to get rid of any. I am the kind of person who has a hard time parting with something because I MIGHT need it someday.

This is a sticker from a cute set from K&Co. The shells are from this set too.

New blue infinity t-shirt scarf

Found a dark blue t-shirt and repurposed it into another scarf.  I love using the leftovers to make flowers.

t-shirt flowerssupplies

supplies: fabric, tweezers, and glue.

cut fabric in a circle then cut into the circle in a spiral pattern keeping it as even a possible.  Using the tweezers curl the fabric around them keeping moderate tension,  glue the end to the bottom of the spiral and turn over to reveal your flower.
